Menace is a pre-workout that ticks so many boxes and we’re confident is going to become a firm favourite with all you stim lovers.

The branding is definitely the highest quality we’ve seen in a long time with the attention to detail a real feature of what the company is all about.

The formula, while looking simple on first view, is put together to be as efficacious as possible. Having tried it a number of times we can confidently vouch each ingredient works synergistically to provide great energy and really clean focus.

Solid foundations are laid with 4g of Citrulline, 3.2g of Beta-Alanine and 2g of GlycerSize with the trio providing impressive pumps and performance enhancement.

The energy is derived from a very tasty 350mg of Caffeine Anhydrous, 300mg of Juglans as well as the inclusion of Biophytum at 150mg. Biophytum isn’t a widely used ingredient (some will say it’s just straight up DMHA) but it’s a superbly effective one in this pre. It hits fast but not harshly hard and doesn’t result in any kind of crash. The energy is clean and elongated and will see you right through the hardest of training sessions. It’s certainly treated us well on all the occasions we’ve tried it.

You get fantastic dialled-in focus courtesy of 1g of Tyrosine as well as 600mg of AlphaZone which claims to be the world’s first fully stable form of Alpha-GPC. That means clumping should be minimal which, with the inclusion of GlycerSize, is going to be a welcome additional benefit.
